Airservices appoints Harfield as new CEO

The Board of Airservices Australia has appointed Jason Harfield as the new chief executive officer of Airservices Australia following an extensive international executive search.

Harfield has been acting CEO since August 2015 and brings over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry to the role.

“The Board reviewed an extensive field of candidates and concluded that Mr Harfield offered the right blend of experience, skill and drive to lead the organisation,” said Airservices Australia chair, Air Chief Marshal Sir Angus Houston.
